Shrimp Scampi

2 lbs. Nature’s Best Cooked P&D Shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp. red pepper flakes, optional
½ cup white wine
freshly ground black peppercorn
½ lemon


1. Heat oil on skillet on medium-high heat
2. Saute garlic, butter, and red pepper flakes for 1 min
3. Add 2 lbs. Nature’s Best Cooked P&D Shrimp
4. Pour wine over shrimp
5. Move shrimp around so each one is flat on the pan, absorbing the flavors
6. Change to high heat and stir occasionally for 2 minute
7. Turn each shrimp over, cook for 1 more minute
8. Add lemon and ground black peppercorn
9. Toss shrimp a few times
10. Serve immediately

Chef Dave’s Tip: Serve over a bed of pasta for a delicious entree or with toasted Italian bread as an appetizer.
