Snow Crab Clusters
Nature’s Best snow crabs are caught in the wild in the extremely cold waters off the Canadian coast. They are processed in Canada without preservatives, cooked and then frozen instantly to seal in their freshness and to preserve the delicious, sweet flavor and tender delicate meat that can be enjoyed either hot or cold.

Instructions: While frozen, place into a strainer and rinse gently with cool water until thawed. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Instructions: Do not thaw. For crispy texture fry in clean oil at 350°F or 177°C for 3 minutes to 3½ minutes until golden brown. For less crispy texture, cook at the same temperature for 2½ to 3 minutes. Do not overcook. Please guard against complete or partial thawing. Cook from frozen state. Thawed breaded oysters will over-brown when cooked.

Instructions: Place the frog legs in a bowl of warm water for approximately 30 minutes until completely thawed. Pat dry using a clean towel.
